Madeleine, in her loud, teachers voice:

After Quinn’s school picnic, and Madeleine’s graduation, we had Madeleine’s school picnic last Friday. It was quite chilly out, but the kids didn’t care. They played at the park for 2 hours! And Madeleine was quite excited to show off her daddy to her friends, he took the day off to join us at the picnic.

Well, Madeleine graduated from Preschool last week. She is already missing school, and keeps asking me if tomorrow is a school day. She’s pretty sentimental, my Madeleine, and I think she will miss the friends she made this year.

At Graduation, they sang a couple of songs, sang their closing song “Goodbye Friends” one more time, and got their certificate.

Next year – Kindergarten. That ought to be an adventure for my little angel!

Quinn had his school picnic last Wednesday. It was a little chilly out, but Quinn’s favorite part was the water table. They had a popcorn machine, and sno-cones. Pizza and snacks. Quinn was also having a really good time on the inflatable jumper! I think Quinn will be missing his teachers and friends over the summer. He will be very excited when it is time to go to school next fall!

I’ve really been wanting to do a post, but nothing exciting has been happening here! This first picture is what happens when Quinn plays quietly – by himself – for an
hour. You know you will have a price to pay for peace and quiet! The rest of the pictures are the kids just hanging out over the weekend.
