The End of an Era

This weekend we said goodbye to our baby Emma. It was time. It was so hard. She’s been with Jeff and I since right after we were married. Almost 15 years. We’ve been through a lot with Emma. She was a sweetheart, and we miss her a lot.

    Emma was a great dog and she will always be remembered. I remember when you and Jeff brought her over to mom and dads and put her on my bed when I was sleeping! She will be missed!

    I don’t even know what to say. I’ve never lost a dog in my adult life, but I could imagine … since I have a dog … and I’m sure it sucks pretty bad! And we have lost Kool, and even though he was a little ole cat, it sucked pretty bad … b/c he was part of our family! But I will say is this … she lived a good, long life … and that’s all anybody could ask for!!!

    I’M SURE IT WAS VERY HARD, WE HAD MR MOE TAKE BUTTONS IN WE COULD NOT DO IT. AS WITH EVERY THING ELSE, THE MEMORIES WILL ALWAYS BE THERE.
